Shipping & Ordering
Our products are special and so are our customers. If you are not satisfied with an item we will gladly exchange the item or give a store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping, unless we have made a shipping error). Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unused and clothing unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the item. Personalized and special order items are not exchangeable or refundable. Holiday items must be received before that year's holiday (For example, Christmas items must be received prior to Christmas Eve Day).
Price adjustments will not be made for items purchased which are later reduced in price. All merchandise ON SALE ARE FINAL.

You should insure your return and/or use a tracking method since we cannot issue a refund on an item we do not received. Return shipping is at purchasers expense unless we made an error in order processing.
Every attempt is made to keep our site inventory up-to-date. If we are out of an item we will email or phone to let you know but please check back later to see if the item is back in stock. Upon credit card approval, we normally ship items the next day.
Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped.
We only ship Priority Mail, USPS at this time and DO NOT ship outside of the U.S.
